The patrol call-out process
1. REQUEST SECURITY PATROL
Once you’ve created your account, every time you log-on, you will land on the Responda homepage.
Select your nominated address (you can save 2 addresses - ie home and business). Confirm the health and safety risks. Supply a brief explanation of why you require the security patrol.
2. SECURITY PATROL DISPATCHED
Once your order is placed, the nearest patrol vehicle will be dispatched to your property.
3. REAL-TIME STATUS UPDATES
We will provide real-time status updates including an estimated time of arrival of your First Security Officer.
4. PROPERTY CHECK AND REPORT
Once our Officer has completed the security check of your property, an activity report on the status of your property will be completed. This report will include property address, date, time, high-level notes from the Officer’s findings, along with photographic evidence if required, to aid with insurance claims. If your property requires securing, one of our experienced monitoring centre operators will call you to discuss a plan of action. Please note any additional services will be subject to additional charges.
